MANAGING DIRECTOR THIERRY LOUSTAU-KHAO, is graduated of International & European Law. After serving for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he came to Cambodia to set up LBL and participate to the reconstruction of his mother’s native country.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL DIRECTOR CECILE LYSINE KHAO-LEVASSEUR, who studied trade and industry in France, has been heading businesses in France and in Cambodia for more than three decades.

CHAIRMAN AND MANAGING DIRECTOR KHUN WATCHARAPONG INJINDA is a graduate of Bangkok Universiy School of Law. He managed his own residential development firm on the island prior to joining LBL INTERNATIONAL.

LBL INTERNATIONAL

Is one of the few companies still in operation in Cambodia for more than 20 years. LBL is situated at the high-end of the construction market and is specialized in the implementation of prestigious projects such as the construction of luxury hotels, exclusive villas, embassies, offices or residential buildings. As as leader in this domain, with nearly 200 references and a reputation for quality and professionalism, LBL is now expanding its reach beyond the Cambodian borders.

LBL HAS ALSO WIDENED ITS OFFER

Of competences to other sectors such as infrastructure (laying of telecommunications optical cable), public works (roads, bridges), technical constructions (electrical sub-stations, fluvial quays, embankments) and specialized works (airports, schools, hospitals), in addition to developing its activities in Thailand.

LBL DEVELOPMENT

Is essentially based on the national building capacities and the integration of various competences from first conception through to turn-key completion. LBL established a special studies department including an experienced team of architects, technical and environmental designers (construction), in addition to workshops and joineries with specialized technicians in different construction’ sectors (wood, mental, waterproofing).

Is to continue to respond to market needs in the area of upmarket construction by utilizing its local competence to a greater extent. LBL has therefore decided to follow an ambitious policy based on the development of its human resources, through professional training and internal promotion, and by welcoming new Cambodian trainees each year and by consistently recruiting the best of them.

Est essentiellement fondé sur les capacités locales et sur l’intégration des compétences depuis la conception des projets jusqu’à leur réalisation “clé en main”. Dans ce but, LBL s’appuie sur son bureau d’architecture, son bureau d’études techniques (constructions) et environnementales et ses ateliers dirigés par des experts et des techniciens spécialisés dans les différent corps de métiers (bois, métallerie, étanchéité, ….)

L’OBJECTIF DE LBL

Est de continuer a répondre toujours mieux aux besoins du marché dans le domaine de la construction haut de gamme et de  travailler encore plus avec les compétences locales. LBL a donc opté pour une politique ambitieuse fondée sur le développement des resources humaines, la formation, la promotion interne, par l’accueil chaque année de nouveaux stagiaires cambodgiens et le recrutement régulier des meileurs d’entre eux.
