We could not have chosen a more professional contractor than LBL. Both the staff at LBL’s head office in Phnom Penh and the local team in Siem Reap, were comprised of some very talented, cooperative and eager individuals that accomplished some very challenging tasks.
LBL materialised our ideas through their creativity and expertise into our iconic office tower. The company put various design strategies into place, creating a state-of-the-art and contemporary headquarters for us, nestled in the bustling street of Monivong Blvd. Once again, congratulations to LBL on achieving such a significant milestone.
Cambodia Airports has renewed the confidence placed in LBL with the construction in 2020 of the new VIP terminal, as well as the new passenger arrival terminal building at Sihanouk International Airport.
They were the builders for our Amansara property in Siem Reap which we developed over a period of three years, in two phases, both times beautifully, within budget and on time.
Tight collaboration between LBL International, the architects and the EU Delegation was carried out throughout the construction in a regular and effective manner. The LBL team were always available to deal with queries and I am sure this contributed in a big way to the success of the project.
I certify that LBL has always satisfied their obligation to Starts Hotel Emion Phnom Penh project located in Sangkat Chaktomok, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.
I will hire Thierry Loustau and LBL for our next expansion at JPA. Thierry came in on time and on budget for both the original construction of the school campus and for a significant addition we did two years ago.
Overall, I am very satisfied with LBL’s performance, attitude and measures taken to resolve the challenges we faced during construction. The company is known for its reliability and high quality works.
LBL has proven to be a valuable partner in our on time and budget delivery of this very complex and fast track project that was our new T Galleria Angkor.
